Roschier is one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region, and the firm continues to grow. We are now looking to find a creative and enthusiastic trainee to join our Communications & Branding team in Helsinki. This is a full-time, paid, and fixed-term position (8-12 months) with an opportunity to learn and contribute. While as a company we have a hybrid work model, the nature of tasks in this role requires on-site presence as a default.

As a Communications & Branding trainee, you will work closely with members of the Communications & Branding team in Helsinki and Stockholm, and you will also collaborate with other colleagues and stakeholders across the firm. Roschier's Nordic presence and its international clients and active student networks offer a unique learning platform for a future communications professional. In this role, you will learn about content creation for various target groups and channels, customer experience, and project management, and you will contribute to maintaining the Roschier brand by ensuring premium content and activities that meet our standards.

As a Communications and Branding Trainee, you will support our team in a wide variety of communication and events related tasks, the most important being listed below:

Responsibilities:
Participate in planning and production of content to our internal and external channels, including:
Preparing social media posts
Recording podcasts
Photography
Creating invitations for internal events
Assist in planning and coordinating student campaigns
Assist in employer branding and CSR related events and activities
Before, during and after events
Updating our internal databases
Market research – gathering market trends
Gather digital analytics from various sources
Other tasks to support the team

You may be the person we are looking for if you:
Are a student or a recent graduate from a relevant program
Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to work and a positive can-do attitude
Are curious, solutions-oriented and not afraid of stepping up when needed
Enjoy taking an active role in many projects and handling them simultaneously
Are a team player and a sociable person
Possess good written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus
