We are currently looking for Claims Associate to join our Claims department in Helsinki. You will be part of a brilliant Nordic Claims team providing excellent service to our customers. As a Claims Associate, you will be reporting to the Consumer claims manager for Finland and Sweden.

You will have a variety of important responsibilities including:

The position is based in Helsinki, but you will be working closely with our Claims teams in Sweden and other Nordic countries. In this role you will assist both Consumer and Commercial Claims teams in various tasks.

Claims registration and set up

Managing several mailboxes

Interaction with customers by email and phone

Processing payments and bookings

Supporting Claims Adjusters in various type of claims

The right candidate, can also been involved in handling less complex claims
