As we expand, we are seeking a passionate Business Development / Sales Manager focused on attracting clients and promoting our comprehensive services while contributing to the branding of Visiovirta.
Role Overview
The Business Development / Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving Visiovirta’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and promoting both our full-time employee services and our freelance network. This role is primarily focused on client attraction, with employee recruitment being handled by the CEO. You will work closely with the founder, becoming a key figure in the company and contributing significantly to its direction and success. The initial work will be executed as a freelancer, but the long-term goal is for you to become a partner or co-founder at Visiovirta, with close interaction and collaboration throughout the freelance period.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in Finland and across Europe who need both full-time employees and freelance talent (e.g., developers, QA specialists, project managers).
  • Drive sales by presenting Visiovirta’s services to businesses, ensuring we meet their staffing needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to align employee and freelancer profiles with client requirements.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Contribute to the branding and marketing efforts of Visiovirta to enhance its visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Continuously explore new market opportunities and business avenues.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably within the tech or IT services sector.
  • Strong network in Finland’s tech or business landscape is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (both mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to branding and enhance a company's marketing efforts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business and building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be living in Finland.
