The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Supervisor, to develop, manage and grow the i Nova business. You will also be responsible for managing the Sales team, developing business plans, meeting/exceeding agreed targets and promoting i Nova presence throughout the district and support the Country Manager in achieving regional objectives.
Key Accountabilities Include
The skill requirements for the successful implementation of this role are broad. They include, communication, coaching, motivating, resource management, planning and organizing and business acumen
Develop individuals and team to achieve/exceed District sales targets by implementation of agreed business objectives.
Recruit, develop and retain valuable employees within the company
Meet customerrequirements by havingclear understanding of the healthcare environment
Implement and monitor a District/Territorial businessplan within corporatestrategy
Work closelywith other function Marketing etc. to meet business
Allocate resourcesto achieve the agreed plan to maximizereturn on investment
Ensures all activities are compliant and embodies the i Nova core values
Develop high working knowledge of selling within the changing Healthcare environment
Additional Responsibilities
Support Country Manager in implementing agreed company projects
Develop and manage Key Account Relationships in alignment with hospital channel Key Account Managers (KAM)
Assist Country Manager coordinating District account plans, budget preparation
Support Country Manager in people development initiatives
Lead specific designated projects/tasks such as working with Marketing department
Coordinate and facilitate arrangements of medical education programs to Key opinion leaders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a minimum 4-5 years’ experience in reputable pharmaceutical company (consumer business is preferred)

Knowledge with Microsoft Office tools is a must (excel in specific)
