Dial Experts Solutions is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Debt Consolidation Sales Specialists to join our growing team.
Job Summary: You'll be converting inbound leads into satisfied customers by building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Location: From home. Remote-based only
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 3 AM
Payment Structure:
- Competitive Salary: 15,000 EGP/month (net salary) -Available for increase
- Weekly KPI: 2,550 EGP/week on hitting the target
- Spiffs and Bonuses: Weekly and monthly for top agents and highest performers
- Flexible Payment Options: Bi-weekly pay is available
- Salary is subject to increase based on performance and profile
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling the leads as outbound calls to turn them into potential customers and have those deals closed
- Convert inbound leads into satisfied customers. (Focus on inbound leads, not primarily cold calling except for the early days only)
- Build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs.
- Present debt consolidation solutions and negotiate terms.
- Overcome objections and effectively close deals.
Qualifications:
- Strong phone manners and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven experience in sales, customer retention, closing, lead management, or acquisition management.
- Experience in cold calling is a plus
- Fluency in English with almost no accent.
- Ability to negotiate numbers and effectively rebut objections.
- PC and headset required.

Weekly KPIs:
3 Sales = 1250 EGP
4 Sales = 1800 EGP
5 Sales = 2550 EGP
Any closed deals beyond 5 during the week will be 650 EGP/deal
That might be tough to achieve at the beginning with the outbound calls only, but with inbounds, you can easily break the 7 sales/week.
So, for the starters, there will be an awarding bonus on their closed deals. We haven't set it yet
