Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for Fortegard’s consulting services. This role will play a key part in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for product development, people development, and organizational consulting services.
Identify and approach potential clients to understand their business needs and offer customized consulting solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present Fortegard’s services and value proposition to potential clients through proposals, presentations, and meetings.
Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the business consulting or services industry.
Strong understanding of product development, people development, and organizational consulting services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients.
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time and sales pipeline effectively.
