Role:
Develop and grow the indirect business through distributors for the after market.
Collaborate with the direct sales team to ensure alignment of business strategies.
Provide pricing strategies tailored to distributor requirements. - Serve as the primary focal contact between the company and distributors.
Coordinate customer visits alongside distributors to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Ensure distributors have the right organizational structure and setup to grow their business and increase market share.
Assess and confirm distributors have the necessary tools, workshops, and infrastructure for business success.
Ensure the distributor teams are well-trained and competent to meet market demands.
Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities to the Business Line Manager.
Ensure distributors are using Atlas Copco CRM and installed base management effectively.
Conduct regular audits to ensure distributors follow business code of practice and maintain ethical standards.
Requirement
Proven experience in sales management, preferably with a focus on indirect or distributor business.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market dynamics, and business ethics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Familiarity with CRM systems and market intelligence gathering.
Willingness to travel for customer and distributor visits
