- Set up selling plan for the company’s products (Software, Hardware and IT Solutions) to SME in different sectors.
- Set up the company’s long term plan and vision.
- Preparation and supervise sales cycle (Customer’s proposal, Tender’s Proposal, Customer’s follow up, Sales and purchasing paper work).
- Supervise and closely monitored the salesmen and department’s paper works.
- Contact new Customers by any means of marketing tools (Calls, Visits, E-mail shooting)
- Prepare sales report needed (weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports).
- Handling business day to day issues.
- Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues (Outstanding Account Receivables, Letter of Guarantee, and customers’ Complaint).
- Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.
- Attending Tenders and representing the company in some assigned tasks.
- Accomplish the organization missions by completing related tasks as needed.
- Complete other task as assigned.

– Report what: Sales Report / states / issues.
