Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues (Outstanding Account Receivables, Letter of Guarantee, and customers’ Complaint).
Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.
Attending Tenders and representing the company in some assigned tasks.
Accomplish the organization missions by completing related tasks as needed.
Complete other task as assigned.
Communications :
– With Sales team, Purchasing, IT department and GM
Reporting :
– Reporting to: Company Management as assigned.
– Report what: Sales Report / states / issues.
Qualification/Required Documents :
– 3 Years Working experience in Sales and 1Year in managerial position preferable in the same field.
– Excellent communication skill.
– Excellent Negotiation skill.
– Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
– Multi Task Person.
– Micro soft Word/Excel and Power Point skills.
– English language is a must.
