Sales Manager
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, motivating the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This key leadership role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in sales management.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Locate new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Institute clear sales goals and objectives for individual team members and provide ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve targets.

Edits regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Possessing up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the chairman.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 10 years of experience in sales in the ICT sector.

Experience in sales in the GCC region is preferable.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.

Willingness to travel as needed.
