Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Locate new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Institute clear sales goals and objectives for individual team members and provide ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve targets.
- Edits regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Possessing up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the chairman.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 10 years of experience in sales in the ICT sector.
- Experience in sales in the GCC region is preferable.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
