EO Group Is hiring Sales Coordinator and Admin Location: Smart village RESPONSIBILITIES:● participate in the conversion of the generated leads from marketing activities.● Participate in inside sales activities to support sales management (proposals, licenses management).● Coordination of regional pre-sales activities with the corresponding resources in Africa and the Middle East region by using different CRMs and portals to generate quotations, register deals, and update the status of clients.● Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.● Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring up-to-date sales materials.● Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination.● Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email.● Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation.● Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records.● Collaborating with regional teams in marketing, technical, operations, and finance teams on sales-related tasks.● Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.● Attending meetings where required and recording minutes of the meeting.Administrative support● Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Egyptian office activities● Manage administrative coordination with HQ (France) and regional teams (UAE, KSA, BH)Preferred Experience:●Fresh Graduate●English Fluent●Language School●Live in Smart Village Or 6th October● High School diploma: BSc in Commerce, Marketing, Business or a relevant field is a strong advantage● Years of experience 0 to 3 Years● Proven experience as a sales coordinator or relevant role.● Good understanding of office management and sales coordination principles.● Excellent knowledge of sales strategies● Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines● Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach● Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases● Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Linked In campaigns, , Salesforce etc.)● Possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills● Have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills● English proficiency Work Location: Egypt (Smart Village - 6th of October City-Giza) If you interested please send your resume to :mohamed.gebril@eogroup.com.eg Job Type: Full-time Language:
