The successful candidate will report directly to the Area Director for Egypt and will be residing in our Cairo office.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Area Director for Egypt and will be residing in our Cairo office.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate with sales teams for required reports
- ITC and required due diligence for customers
- Applying retention policy and following up
- Following up with internal stakeholders regarding BGs ( Bid Bond and performance)
- Tenders’ documentation and bidding activities with external customers and internal stakeholders
- CRM follow up with sales team and extracted required analyses reports
- Finalizing LBPs agreements documents
- Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- POR weekly and monthly follow up reports
- Respond to customer enquiries received by telephone or e-mail.
- Facilitate contract review and approval process for quotes and orders in collaboration with the sales and legal team. Liaise with Finance to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels

- Pays significant attention to detail.
- Ability to operate within a global matrix work environment.
- Ability to multitask priorities and recognizing when to shift priorities
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing. Hard worker

- Highly proficient in the English language
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Prior experience on working on any ERP systems and software

- The ideal candidate should have senior level administrative assistant experience working with multiple managers and/or similar background. Experience as an executive assistant or relative capacity is preferred
