ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Route Settlement Specialist to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. As a Route Settlement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling our daily route settlement activities, ensuring accurate and efficient settlements on time billing of solid volumes.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate and timely settlement and billing processes.
• Verify signatures and stamps on original documents.
• Resolve disputes related to settlements and billing.
• Archive records and manage customer documents.
• Handle cash activities.
• Conduct reporting and validation checks.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, drivers, BDs, and warehouse clerks.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles preferable to be in accounts receivable operations.
• SAP experience is preferable.
• Internship Experience in a multinational corporate is preferred.
• FMCG experience is a plus.
