About the organisation CCDR is a non-profit organisation. We run the Pathways specialist nurse service via Telehealth which started in Australia and we would now like to adapt to areas of crisis. About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telehealth Nurse Service Developer to work on a nurse-led virtual clinic, supporting patients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, technology teams, and other stakeholders to deliver a secure, accessible, and culturally sensitive platform, offering virtual nursing consultations, health education, triage, and patient monitoring services. This role will focus on addressing healthcare challenges in a region impacted by conflict and infrastructural challenges, ensuring people have access to critical nursing support remotely. You will also need to:
Ensure the platform is accessible in both urban and rural settings, offering features such as multilingual support
Build and maintain partnerships with local healthcare providers and international aid organizations to facilitate widespread adoption of the service.
Engage with funding bodies and NGOs to secure financial support for ongoing service operation and scaling.
Education and experience
Graduation from an accredited university with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree
Expertise and/or excellent knowledge of the health system
Registration with the relevant accrediting body
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
A team player that can follow a system and protocol to achieve a common goal
Highly organized and well-developed oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Able to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with practice and local legislation/regulations
