A successful real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisitions Manager / Closer to join our sales team. Respond to all Seller leads as quickly as possible
Perform analysis on property value using comps, site walks, and research
Successfully execute the closing process by building rapport and overcoming any concerns the clients may have
Manage leads through CRM use to update and to stay on top of your tasks until closing
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and exhibit a positive attitude
Perform daily administrative duties- (the ability to multi-task is essential)
Comfortable in a small, highly collaborative environment
Comfortable using social media to market i.e. Facebook,
Strong computer knowledge MS Office especially Word and Excel
Must be persistent and organized with great follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
+2 years of experience in Closing sales or acquisitions
Exceptional communication skills, very strong phone skills; ability to get and close appointments over the phone (Fluent in English)
Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the drive, passion, and dedication to exceed company targets and meet metrics
