As a <Project Sales Manger> you’ll be responsible for Grow Projects business and connected Lighting in North East Africa region

What you’ll do
responsible for implementing locally relevant distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share
Delivers on operational targets as defined by Commercial Director of the channels
Manages customers offer performance and delivers on AOP targets
achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area across different channels in Products and Systems Selling
Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction and Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
Your qualifications
8+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts
experience in selling complex offerings consisting of multiple building blocks – e.g., diverse hardware, software, servicing
Manages sales team to achieve sales targets and implement BMC key initiatives if relevant for the area
Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based relationships
Key account planning skills and focus on strategic relationships development in addition to Financial Acumen
