Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Oracle ERP Projects Cloud Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier Saa S tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their finance functions today by:
- Solving application management support daily and month-end Oracle ERP Projects tickets with SLA.
- Supporting Oracle Projects Cloud solutions to meet the company's management needs and post Go-live production processes changes and requirements..
- Monitoring and troubleshooting all Oracle Projects RICEW (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions, and workflows) Cloud artifacts.
- Assisting Oracle Projects Cloud business teams to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legislations.
- Mapping & translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Providing training and support to users on how to use Oracle ERP Projects Cloud.
- Deploying data fixes and action plans provided by Oracle service requests (SRs).
- Staying up-to-date on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and best practices.
- Following up, testing, and deploying relevant Oracle quarter released functionalities.
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key.
- Ensuring financial support deliverables are always accurate and adhere to IBM documentation quality standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, or a related field
- A strong Knowledge Oracle ERP system functionalities, architecture, and configuration is essential.
- A deep understanding of Oracle ERP Financials Cloud is preferable
- 3-6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects Cloud implementation and support with at least Two Full Life Cycle implementations
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge to troubleshoot.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic languages.

- Oracle Project Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
