Job Responsibilities:
Pay: E£11,950.00 - E£16,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 30/09/2024
- Support any technical problems that customers might face regarding their machines
- Help customers deal with any error codes they face and recognize them
- Refer concerned people to their product's manufacturer in case the error code requires further help such as scheduling a technician visit, and so on.
- Ensure that customers' needs are met and make sure that all of their concerns are answered.
- Flexibility with on-site work
- Flexibility with rotational and night/overnight shifts
- Represent the image of the company in a way that aligns with the company's values
- Basic salary that starts 11,950 that goes up to 16000 EGP with KPIs
- Full medical and social insurance for the applicant and their family members
- 24/7 transportation (including door-to-door transportation for females past 9PM)

- Calls flow and frequency are not high
