Manages day-to-day activities within designated supplier relationships in their assigned categories /region for direct materials which includes raw materials, packaging materials, and contract manufacturers (job/toll manufacturer).
Work with close coordination with regional/ Global procurement and local supply chain as well as internal stakeholders.
Identifies, communicates, and supports process improvements for materials or services in assigned areas and with key stakeholders as required
Responsible for sourcing part of GMI (Gross Margin Improvement), Localization projects, and supply resiliency.
Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds. Manages the tight materials process to ensure the security of supply
Leads savings projects on Direct/Indirect/EQ Categories, TDC sourcing process or other initiatives that support achieving team goals
Build up a supplier pool to support the resiliency program
Job Requirements
3-5 Years of Experience in direct procurement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, or related business degree
