We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Hive Analytics US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a focus on e Commerce in the US and Europe markets, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive growth and achieve KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our e Commerce clients.
Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment. Adjust spending strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign performance, address any concerns, and align on strategic goals. Provide comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure campaign assets are optimized for performance and align with overall marketing strategies.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously enhance strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing within the e Commerce sector.
Experience in USA & Europe markets.
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
