1. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain the HR Management System (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Partner with leadership/ function Leaders to implement organizational development initiatives.
- Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
