Your Role in Our Success
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various marketing teams, including SEO, SMM, PPC, and email marketing, while ensuring that all campaigns align with the company’s strategic goals. The role requires a strong focus on workflow optimization, performance tracking, team leadership, and B2B marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing cross-functional teams, developing efficient processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments.
Core Responsibilities
Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee the operations of marketing teams, ensuring that each meets its objectives and deliverables.
Workflow and Process Optimization: Develop and refine processes to streamline task tracking, workflow management, and collaboration across teams.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, conduct skill assessments, and promote professional development.
Task and Time Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction.
B2B Marketing Expertise: Leverage expertise to design strategies focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and campaign success.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, social media, creative, and web development teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Problem-Solving: Address bottlenecks and resolve challenges to maintain smooth operations and project flow. Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 7 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years managing multi-functional teams in a marketing agency or similar environment
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation, client acquisition, and email marketing
Experience using marketing automation tools, task management software (e.g., Clickup), and CRM systems.
