Support in the implementation of preventive maintenance program
Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
Assure Value Adding Maintenance activities and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements
Spare part warehouse and inventory management
Manage all cascaded KPIs from maintenance manager such as maintenance cost, safety and quality KPIs
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Manage, lead and motivate a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.
Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all needed spare parts and maintenance consumables.
Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of Service and Quality defects, and all audit non-conformances.
Take responsibility for Performance Management of Team members, establishing clear objectives and continuously reviewing to ensure execution.
Analyze maintenance performance and recommends actions to improve performance
Contributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, clear scope, cost effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered
Work Experience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field – preferably in Manufacturing – FMCG
Knowledge: Preventive Maintenance scheduling and breakdown problems diagnosis
Good Knowledge about manufacturing processes and practices
HACCP, GMP and Food Safety standards
Staff leadership
Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point)
Language Knowledge: Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English
