Supporting with handling data sheets
Preparing Closing Files
Support in different HR operations (Salary Certificates, STL, etc..)
Raising & Tracking POs and GRs related to People Packages
Checking Manual Accruals on a Monthly basis
Checking Bonus accruals on a Monthly Basis
Working with Finance team on the analysis of monthly actuals for People Packages
Support in Preparing HR budget
Prepare Pay slips for the employees in Dubai & KSA
Profile
1-2 years of Experience
English Knowledge
Controlling Background
Comfortable with Excel and Power Point
