Job description Males ONLY Carnival for trading is seeking for (HR)coordinator supports operations within the Human Resources office and provides administrative support to the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, advises and assists employees on human resources policies and procedures for efficient execution of internal processes and coordinates employee engagement activities and events including health and wellness, recruitment, employee recognition, and professional development. He is required to maintain currency with HR current trends, issues, and best practices that are applicable to the Company . 1- Duties and Responsibilities: PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: must provide administrative support to d the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. Respond to inquiries from Company employees and customers in a timely manner regarding policies and procedures, job searches, and HR services while maintaining standards of confidentiality and privacy,in any other protected documentation. Participate on company committees and teams to resolve problems, develop systems, and improve interdepartmental cooperation and efficiencies. MANAGE EMPLOYEE INFORMATION: will manage data collection, maintenance, storage, and retrieval of documentation related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Will mange the efficient flow of the workload processes including employment records related to hiring, transfer, leaves of absence, promotion, and termination in the appropriate Company databases and will oversee the processing of employment verification and unemployment claims. COORDINATE EMPLOYEE ON BOARDING AND OFF BOARDING: will follow Company policies and procedures in on boarding and off boarding employees. The coordinator will work with supervisors to coordinate new employee orientations to assure a smooth transition into the workplace. Will conduct new hire orientation sessions to educate employees on Company systems, policies, procedures, and technology. PAYROLL : Will be responsible of the monthly Payroll of the employees and must have a good experience in the payroll field . 2-Qualifications : 1- Maintain positive working relationships, and make decisions. 2- Solve Problems 3- Positive communication 3-skills :

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field .
