Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering compelling visual solutions that elevate the brand’s presence across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of graphic design principles, a strong ability to lead creative projects, and the capacity to mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visual storytelling, brand identity design, digital and print media, and a passion for innovation and creativity.

- Designing and developing graphical elements and final marketing material in coordinatio with the marketing team and the content creators.
- Working on internal communication designs (office branding - merchandise development ongoing branding activities).
- Social Media design elements like ongoing content, strategically developed posts, and trend posts/ad hocs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent is preferred. 3 years plus experience working in
- Graphic Design and Illustrate ion. Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual elements and branding identity concepts (colors, typography, layout & grid).
- Time management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for details.
- Strong verbal and written communication; must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people.
- Knowledge of 3D design or Video Editing is a plus.
