Your Role

Lead the implementation of agile methodologies and mindset across practice- and product teams, fostering a culture of user-centric innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agile practices with organizational goals and drive strategic planning.
A servant leader to the Agile Practice team members, fostering their growth and development
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of agile practices, perform maturity assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and the progression of agile maturity and standards.

Who you are

Experienced in leading agile transformations across various frameworks in an international environment
Skilled in influencing and aligning stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Developed frameworks for agile transformation, change management, and systems optimization.
Proven track record in coaching teams to adopt and enhance agile practices, focusing on metrics and outcomes for improvement.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, passionate about fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous learning
