Admin Facility
- Responsible on all AXA premises services including housekeeping & maintenance
- Handle all request & complaints faced by the staff for any of facility maintenance service
- Quarter report for the quality of service of the Facility Management.
- Handle the staff parking logistics.
- Make a purchase for items needed related to maintenance or kitchen suppliers
- Handle the office utilities phone bills, Electricity bill and water for all AXA premises and branches
- Responsible for all the company stationary including preparation of Purchase requisition distribute the stationery
on monthly basis to requester
