About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative's role is to identify Customer's needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met while meeting the Customer's expectations.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
