Responsibilities:
1- Preserves electrical equipment to ensure efficient usage by :
- Receiving preventive maintenance plan from direct supervisor.
- Assigning required maintenance tasks to the technicians.
- Following up preventive maintenance tasks actual execution.
- Ensuring the quality of completed tasks.
- Supervising equipment cleanness duties.
2- Follows up Spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical spare parts whenever needed by:
- Participating in determining the required spare parts.
- Receiving required spare parts from warehouse.
- Reviewing remaining stock after consuming spare parts.
- Informing the direct supervisor to replace consumed items.
- Inspecting supplied spare parts.
3 – Follows up Lightening maintenance activities to ensure offering high quality of lightening service by :
- Following up daily & weekly lightening inspection inside the plant according to the plan.
- Preparing required lightening maintenance task list from the technicians.
- Applying planned preventive maintenance for equipment’s.
4 – Follows up telephone lines maintenance activities to ensure good connections by :
- Following up telephone central unit & lines distribution panels.
- Supervising the repair of telephone faults.
- Supervising the repair of damaged telephones.
- Supervising repairing of internal & external telephone lines.
- Requesting necessary safety tools for him.
- Getting safety work permission from the HSE department before performing any activity.
- Ensuring commitment to the safety regulations.
- Being a role model to his colleagues by complying with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations related to HSE issues.
- Attending regular briefings on safety.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience
- Preferably have FMCG background
