Digital Marketing Specialist

Application Question(s):
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and conversions for our e Commerce platform.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, social media ads and retargeting efforts.
- Create and manage compelling content for our website, social media platforms and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that marketing materials align with our brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including keyword research, bid management and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and social media analytics platforms.
- Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and follower growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development and operation to align marketing efforts with business goals and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies as needed for campaign execution and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience 3+ years in digital marketing, particularly within the e Commerce and furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
