Orange Reporting and Analytics (ORA) is a new digital reporting platform designed to enhance the experience of Orange Business customers. Developed using SAFe methodology, ORA offers advanced analytics capabilities that go beyond traditional contractual reporting. This innovative solution addresses customer needs by providing more comprehensive, visually appealing, accurate, accessible, and reliable reports. ORA will deliver greater value to customers by meeting their evolving expectations for reporting. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As a BI developer in our Agile project team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, tech lead, UI/UX Designer, and partner teams. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. In an Agile context, you will perform the following tasks :
Data Analysis and Modeling
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop data models and structures to support reporting and analysis requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Report and Dashboard Development:
Design and create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process.
Data Integration
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability to deliver timely insights.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Data Governance
Adhere to data governance policies and standards.
Implement data quality measures and controls.

Functional Profile:

Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English
Technical Profile :
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlikview/Qliksense is a must
Strong Knowledge data extraction, manipulation and modeling
Experience in working with
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Python
Basic Understanding of ML and AI
Data Analysis
Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies
Experience in working in Agile and Dev Ops is a plus
Experience with data mining and predictive analytics techniques is a plus
