Azure Operations Security Engineer
- Design and implement security solutions for Azure cloud environments.
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into workflows.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on security awareness and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and Azure security offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud security roles, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Power Shell, Python).
- Certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
