Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. · Maintain and foster longstanding relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction. · Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Arabic (written & verbal) with our client and align with our internal production team to ensure all translation projects are managed efficiently to meet client expectations.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines and expectations.
Negotiate and align on agreements to secure beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
· Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure all translation projects are on track to be delivered on time.
Utilize analytical and financial skills to assess account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Address client feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
Apply creativity and strategic thinking to enhance service offerings.
Provide insights based on client interactions to improve processes and services.
· Fully understand the company´s capabilities and services and needs to effectively communicate these accordingly to the client. · Schedule/attend client meetings and share meeting minutes with relevant stakeholders. · Create and participate in creating the relevant business reports. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic (written & verbal).

Excellent client relationship and customer service skills.
Background in translation and localization preferred.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
