Get to know in-depth our entire HR-ADM process and best practices on the market, actively collaborating in all parts of the funnel.
Understand the process of collection, documentation, and validation of the news of the month (licenses, vacations, increases, etc.).
Be introduced to complex HR-ADM issues such as registering and terminating employee relations.
Take your first steps in the interaction of the HR-ADM area with external entities / suppliers, learning how to prepare reports and white-pagers.
Here’s what we are looking for:
Students or recently graduated of Humanities.
Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.
A good improviser! Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good academic grades will be a plus.
Advanced English level.
Desirable (but not essential!):
1+ years of previous work experience.
Previous experience in the IT market is a BIG plus!
