We are seeking ambitious Sales Team Members who are passionate about achieving results and building lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll connect customers with solutions on our client’s platform, helping meet and exceed sales goals by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales. You must have your own computer, cellphone, internet, and a suitable home office setup.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct outreach with potential clients.
- Build strong relationships to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with support and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
- MUST be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and stay persistent.
- Reliable computer, cellphone, and internet
- Access to a quiet workspace conducive to making phone calls and maintaining a professional environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
- Shift Hours: 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Base pay plus commission
