Design and implement plans focused on the comprehensive well-being of employees
Conduct an analysis of the employee's situation through interviews, home visits and general information to identify the type of support that an employee may require.
Generate and apply the psychosocial survey
Analyze the results with the Occupational Health and Safety Unit and define and execute an annual action plan
Provide response and follow-up in the event of accidents or natural disasters that may affect company personnel or the work environment.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
Participate in the monthly Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
Coordinate the execution of operational and support activities for the Occupational Health and Safety Plan: induction of new personnel, communication campaigns, sports activities, etc.
Update Occupational Health and Safety procedures, protocols and programs, as applicable to local legislation and any changes that may arise.
Compile and safeguard all documentary and technical information generated by the execution of the Annual Occupational Health and Safety Plan.
Accompany and respond to Occupational Health and Safety audits carried out on the company by the control bodies.
Ensure compliance with training and training of the different brigades.
Coordinate with different suppliers the execution of occupational health and safety prevention and health and safety activities: prevention training, occupational medicine, risk measurement, etc.
Ensure the correct execution of actions and responsibility of brigade members in emergency situations
Coordinate the execution of the drills required by regulations.
