Student Worker with strong interest in Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics

Do you have a positive mindset and like to apply structure, create order, delve into data and coordinate cross-functionally? We are looking for a person with a can-do attitude, who can support our team with daily tasks. You will get an insight into a various range of ongoing initiatives across the business. You are able to plan minimum 2 days a week at our office in Copenhagen during normal working hours (8-16).
You will play an important role in:

Sales & Operations Planning Support: Help prepare for Sales & Operations Execution/Planning meetings, create impactful presentations, gather insights from stakeholders, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Data Analysis: Dive into supply chain tasks with data-heavy analysis using Microsoft Excel. Your analytical skills will shine here!
Project Management: Get hands-on experience with planning, organizing workshops, documenting processes, and supporting various project tasks.
Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate and facilitate communication across different teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
KPI Monitoring: Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators to help us stay on top of our goals.
Creative Presentations: Use your creativity to design graphical materials for presentations that captivate and inform.

We imagine that you:

Are a 1st year Master’s degree student, preferably from production, supply chain management studies
Like to create structure, adhere to deadlines and following up with stakeholders
Are self-driven and like to work individually as well as in a team
Like building relationships
Have an interest to learn more about supply chain management, Sales & Operations Execution /Sales & Operation Planning, demand planning, data analysis and stakeholder management
Are excellent in English – orally and written
Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Power Point, Excel and Teams.
If you have experience with SAP ERP system or a similar system that is considered a plus
If you have previous working experience in a related field, it is considered a plus

You will be part of the Supply Chain department responsible for Supply Chain Optimization and Solutions in Prime Serv Denmark. The Supply Chain Optimization & Solutions team delivers solutions in the form of tools and analyses for optimizing the supply chain and tactical plans. This includes Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning, which aim to ensure the availability of our products to our customers and increased internal transparency. Our department is known for its positive team spirit and high competence within Supply Chain Management (SCM), fostering collaboration and innovation.
