Role Description
This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for a student assistant located in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will work closely with UX and Service Design colleagues as part of our Journey Mapping and Design Research activities. Your main responsibilities will be
- planning and conducting user interviews (with customers and staff)
- planning and creating surveys (with customers and staff)
- analysing the results independently and together with your team members
- participating in turning research findings into actionable insights
We mostly do user interviews online via Teams, since our work has a global scope. However, some lighter travel activity might occur, if this aligns with your studies and other plans and situation, of course.
We will provide guidance, onboarding and coaching, and you will be assigned a "buddy" who will help you get started and settled in. We are very open to experimenting with methods and we hope to co-create and explore new approaches together with you. We will value your input and fresh perspectives.
