About the role

As thee Head of Finance for Cloud, Infrastructure & Data, you will lead Finance Business Partnering for Maersk’s Technology Services and Engineering (TSE) and Global Data & Analytics (GDA) organizations. You will provide strategic financial leadership, guidance, and support, ensuring the successful development and execution of financial strategies and performance management frameworks. This role requires a collaborative approach to drive transformation, advise on business decisions, and partner with technology leadership to optimize financial performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial performance management framework for TSE and GDA, ensuring alignment with Maersk’s strategic goals.
Promote a high-performance, continuous improvement culture within the finance team, driving team engagement and development.
Act as a trusted advisor on business decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
Drive transformation and change management initiatives, focusing on organizational design, financial integration, and identifying the optimal financial structure, processes, and metrics.
Actively participate as a member of the TSE and GDA leadership teams, challenging leadership to prioritize value for money and effective cost control.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior technology leaders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on financial planning and performance.
Provide expert guidance to technology and finance leadership on the allocation of technology costs to segment and product P&Ls, ensuring accurate and strategic cost management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial performance, manage risks, and enhance value across the organization.

What are we looking for

7-10+ years of Finance Business Partner experience, preferably within a technology or data-driven environment.
Proven track record of leadership, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong adaptability and the ability to navigate uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity with confidence.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present large volumes of information clearly, concisely, and in an actionable manner.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
