This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of e Commerce and gain hands-on experience in a global organization. As a Student Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of e Commerce projects that directly impact the way our customers interact with Pandora online. You’ll work in close collaboration with Digital & Technology, gaining a holistic view of how innovative digital solutions are conceptualized, tested, and implemented across different markets.
Your contributions will help ensure the successful launch of new features, tools, and processes that enhance the overall customer experience, giving you the chance to develop your skills in a real-world, fast-paced setting. This role will challenge your problem-solving abilities, allow you to build key industry relationships, and deepen your knowledge of digital commerce strategies—all while you continue your studies.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate on business cases by supporting the development of key digital concepts and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Digital & Technology (D&T) team to drive innovation and technical enhancements.
- Assist in test case creation and execution before market rollouts, identifying potential mistakes, preparing change requests, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Participate in communication with vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Prepare markets and train clusters on new e Commerce tools and features before launch.
- Provide reporting and insights to track project performance and outcomes.
- Utilize your Excel- and Power Point skills for data analysis and presentations.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business environment. If you’re passionate about e Commerce and excited to contribute to impactful digital projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
What we're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Danish university, with approximately 2 years left of studies, ideally in business, analytics, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who can work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
- Experience with Adobe, Power BI, and Elevate is a plus.
Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). In order to apply for this position, you need to currently be a student enrolled in a Danish univeristy. Ideally the start date will be the beginning of November.
