Are you passionate about designing top class internal control environments, and would you like to join the world’s largest jewellery brand? If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for a Group Internal Compliance Manager to join our Group Reporting & Controlling team.
As a Group Internal Compliance Manager in PANDORA, you will join a dedicated and professional finance team in charge of compliance, controlling and external financial reporting of the PANDORA Group. You will be working in an international environment with colleagues across Europe, America and Asia based out of PANDORAs Global HQ in central Copenhagen.
The Group Internal Compliance Manager plays a key role as a Subject Matter Expert and Coordinator in designing Pandora’s internal control environment to align with our ever changing risk landscape. This position is crucial in the second line of defence when it comes to risk management, ensuring that control design and risk management are separated from operations and audit functions. You will be responsible for owning and maintaining the internal control framework (ICF) governance model while driving strategic projects, including the pivotal SAP implementation, where control design will continue to evolve and shape the future.
As Pandora transitions to a new ERP system, this role will be instrumental in establishing and growing the ICF governance and design framework, laying the foundation for broader Compliance initiatives across finance and operations.
As the Group Internal Compliance Manager you will be accountable for:
- Own the design, implementation, and assessment of our internal control framework.
- Work directly with the Global Process Owners to map material risks and plan out how to mitigate them by integrating effective controls into the end-to-end design of business processes.
- Coordinate with the ICF Governance board to govern risk management and ICF changes. This includes working closely with Finance Leadership and Internal Audit.
- Liaison between Operations, Process Owners, and Internal Audit for effective control governance and decision making.
- Foster standardisation and consistency in Pandora’s business processes, ensuring alignment with internal control requirements.
- Own the ICF monthly reporting tool and managing the current ICF ranking details and administer all changes to controls in the tool
- Work closely with strategic projects to ensure Pandora continues to have effective and efficient controls end to end. This includes specifically the SAP implementation project in which the role will serve as lead coordinating between teams regarding internal controls.
- Ensure proper ICF awareness and communication across the teams including readiness for new or changing controls.
- Drive assigned ad hoc projects in ICF area
