HOCO has been in operation for more than 75 years, and over the past many years, production of Caseinates has been the primary product category, steadily increasing in volumes to approximately 24,000 tons/year. Apart from Caseinates as the primary product category, HOCO also supplies Cream, Permeate, and WPC for processing at other dairies in Arla Foods and AFI. Milk minerals in the form of Capolac are also an important product produced at HOCO, and new exciting projects are in scope to further utilize the healthy and nutritious components of milk going forward.

How you will make an impact:

As our new Site Director, you will be fully responsible for the production at HOCO with the main objective to run, but also develop and improve, the dairy performance to secure an efficient operation while fulfilling customers’ expectations - always putting health and safety first.

You will be responsible for driving the people agenda as top priorities, while never losing sight of the need to have an outstanding product quality, an efficient operational setup, and being able to provide excellent service to our customers.

Reporting to the Vice President of DK Export Production in Supply Chain, you will assume a key role on both a strategic and tactical level, and together with your colleagues in the leadership team, you will drive relevant cross-functional projects and make sure that the Business plans for HOCO are being rollout successfully.

The Site Director has the overall responsibility for the production site HOCO.

This includes:

• Champion Safety and Quality: Proactively promote and enforce safety standards and practices; drive visual felt leadership to create a culture where safety is at the heart of every decision and action.

• Drive High Performance Collaboration: Cultivate ambition and excellence, setting high standards and focusing on strategic priorities to achieve outstanding results for the Site and team.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with the overall vision and mission of the Supply Chain.

• Continuous Improvement and Change Leadership: Prioritize health & safety, ensure cost competitiveness, and lead structured change programs to continuously improve and align with Arla Foods' standards and culture.
