The position is Fixed-term for 12 months.
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical or electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll supervise and validate the execution of the ETCS signalling system installation in Denmark, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery commitments. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, logistics, and technical teams), manage resources and site activities, and much more. You'll specifically take care of the interface with our customers, short-term planning, and operational management of installation and commissioning staff, but also manage feedback and ensure strict adherence to EHS rules. We'll look to you for:
Supervising multiple workshops and partners within your area
Ensuring interface with customers for organizational and planning matters
Strict adherence to installation and commissioning procedures
Quality and timely reporting of installation and commissioning work
Managing material and tools within the workshop
Enforcing EHS rules in accordance with Alstom's Zero Deviation Policy

Experience or understanding of team and material management
Knowledge of planning and execution of site activities
Familiarity with the railway industry is preferred
