You’ll be part of Global Transport & Trade Compliance where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with a team of professional subject matter experts. You’ll play an important role in:
executing day-to-day project transport booking and coordination in close interaction with internal and external stakeholders
managing and planning transport scopes, incl. customs involvement directly or indirectly linked to transport execution and creating shipping invoices in SAP and/or Excel templates
managing transport requests to relevant suppliers for both small and large/complex project cargo transports for turbine main components and cable transport
maintaining and developing procedures and controls to guarantee correct and compliant management of transport and customs issues.
To succeed in the role, you:
have substantial years of work experience within a similar function, with transport knowledge at a high level from either a similar in-house function, an advisory company, or the transport and logistics sector
are a qualified freight forwarder with a proven skillset in project cargo transport and have in-depth working knowledge in the project cargo transport market, suppliers, and pricing structure
have experience with coordination and planning, preferably from offshore projects
have strong English skills, both spoken and written and have excellent communication skills
have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably basic knowledge of SAP.
