Your Mission
As our People & Culture Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of Cloud2 Denmark, ensuring our team is fully supported and set up for success. From recruiting and guiding new hires through their first days to assisting managers with HR challenges, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related, ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Your mission is to develop and nurture a company culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and high performance, aligning with our core values across all people operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting: Attract, Source and headhunt top talent and manage our ATS (Teamtailor)
Employer Branding: Strengthen our employer brand locally to support recruiting
Onboarding: Ensure new hires have a seamless and welcoming integration into our team
Good knowledge of local labor laws: Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure compliance with all regulations
Other administrative HR tasks: Handle a variety of administrative HR tasks (such as a point of contact for payroll matters) that keep our operations smooth and efficient, so our team can focus on doing what they do best
Assisting and sparring managers: Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Internal communication: Keep all HR-related information up to date (such as the Employee Handbook and intranet) and assist our CEO with internal communication
Taking care of your amazing colleagues: Your role is crucial in fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued. This also includes planning and organizing events like our Christmas party and occasional pizza nights
About You:
HR background: You’ve gained solid experience in HR, with hands-on expertise in various aspects of people operations and recruiting (preferably in the IT field). You’re ready to take your knowledge to the next level with us.
Passion for people: You have a genuine interest in people, their development and well-being within an organization.
Business Understanding: You have a good understanding of how the business operates, and you always ensure that all HR processes and decisions are aligned to support and drive business goals in the most effective way possible.
Organizational skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities effectively.
Problem-solving mindset: You approach challenges with creativity and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication: You collaborate effectively in both danish and english - with colleagues across the nordics and build strong relationships across the organization.
Results-driven, hands-on mindset: Whether it’s straightforward administrative updates or complex HR challenges, you approach each task with a positive attitude and a focus on achieving tangible results.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both Danish and English, as these will be the working languages in this role.
In this role, you will work independently, overseeing all HR-related activities for our employees in Denmark, while supervising our amazing service assistant, Helle. You’ll report to our People & Culture Lead in Finland and have strong support from both your team in Finland and the local management in Denmark. You will work primarily from our office in Copenhagen, but we are also flexible when it comes to remote work, whenever possible.
