About the job
As our new Automation System Developer, your main responsibility will be to develop PLC and HMI software solutions. Some of your tasks include:

Develop PLC and HMI software solutions based on an internal document called a Functional Design Specification.

Contribute to making tomorrow’s programming standard from the concept of having a modularized software platform.

Participate in meetings / workshops with the team to develop new tools / optimize our way of working internally in the team.

Take ownership of one or more technology groups and become the expert in how they function, and what they can / cannot do.
Who are you
To succeed in this role, you are structured, driven and show the willingness and ability to constantly learn and develop over time. You as a person are used to keep a positive attitude towards shifting directions with projects in mind and you remain confident and actionable in situations with unknown elements.
What you know
We expect you to have a master’s degree in engineering – preferably in Mechatronic Control Engineering or Energy Engineering with a focus on control. To succeed in this role, you must have 3-4 years of experience as a programmer, and you are used to working with advanced ST / SCL. It is an advantage if you have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and are familiar with the Siemens Unified Platform.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
