The Job As our new Automation Specialist, you will be a key driver of our digital transformation and ensure that we optimise processes across Novo Holdings globally. Either by automating these processes or optimising them in collaboration with the rest of the Digital team and business process owner. Along with the rest of the team, you will drive innovation and pave the way for our development efforts and house-wide digital solutions, through a strong focus on user adoption to meet the needs of our global investment teams and business units. You will work closely with your team members and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, to directly shape the success of our digital transformation efforts. Your key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation and optimization cases
Automation of processes using tools like e.g. Power Automate, Ui Path or Blue Prism
In collaboration with the rest of the Digital team, create the automation community in Novo Holdings
Over time, upskill your colleagues to be able to solve their own problems – from RPA to RDA
Managing the end-to-end delivery of key digital initiatives, ensuring they provide measurable business value
Building strong relationships and inspiring the organisation to align digital strategies with business goals
Professional Qualifications:
A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with automation tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to align digital solutions with business strategies
Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organisation
Personal Qualifications:
Ambitious, proactive and with a curious mind
Independent and able to make decisions and provide input on issues relating to administration, projects, and communication
Able to convey complex information and interact with both business users and technical specialists
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships
