The position
As an Automation Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects across various job families, facilitating our expansion and growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing and developing processes, with a particular focus on automation and warehouse optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and providing clear goals and purpose for the project team members

Organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements

Creating effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods
-
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

An Academic degree within technical field combined with proven experience as a project manager, specializing in automation, material handling and warehouse facilities

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial
On a personal level, you possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. You are also highly effective in communication and stakeholder management.
