Minimum of bachelor’s degree education in Graphic Design, New Media, Fine Arts or equivalent.
Minimum 4-6 years of design experience with a design studio or a corporate design team with a growing ability to develop innovative creative work across a broad range of media.
Must have an excellent working knowledge of graphic design and branding as it pertains to print, digital and motion.
Excellent skills with design and business software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable with basic video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with Maxon Cinema 4D software is a plus.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, high level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Cross-cultural working experience is a plus.
A compelling portfolio and elevated sense of design, color and typography.
Naturally curious and passionate about design with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources and trends.
Self-motivated, inquisitive and driven designer that collaborates well with a team to find elegant solutions to complex problems.
A strong communicator that can articulate ideas in a clear manner (both written and verbal), engage in healthy debate and accept directional feedback.
Experience in understanding brand fundamentals, self-service template design methodology, information architecture best practices and optimization techniques.
Analytical mindset to identify and anticipate issues and create solutions for those challenges.
Comfortable creating and updating Share Point sites with ease.
Capable of understanding the big picture, including how design work impacts internal and external perceptions of our brand.
Experience with UX/UI and accessible design is a plus.
Experience in creating both on-screen and high-resolution print designs across a range of formats and visual deliverables.
Confidence across all phases of a design project, from translating verbal ideas into visual concepts through design development and creating production-ready artwork.
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent work within established brand and style guidelines.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage project requirements and timelines, multi-task and meet concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to receive constructive feedback, adjust and provide options.
Applicable knowledge of up-to-date design trends, techniques and technologies.
Act as a global brand leader to drive and enforce the brand throughout the global organization.
Ability to take the initiative and manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery.
Open to new ideas and ways of working while delivering a high volume of creative work in multiple disciplines.
Keen eye for re-touching and manipulation of images using Adobe Creative Suite.
Create self-service corporate templates (posters, newsletters, etc.) for global internal customers.
Create and update Share Point sites, on request and for redesign purposes.
Excellent discretion, demonstrating sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.
Ability to quickly understand the essence of our corporate brand, and the solutions we provide across global industries.
